Please read and accept our terms and conditions before submitting a listing on weddingsja.com.
Once our administrator creates your user account it is your responsibility to keep your listing updated. Make sure to keep your username and password secure to access your account.
You may create one (1) listing per category (exceptions may apply to companies who manage several wedding brands).
The service or product being offered must be relevant to the category for which it is being submitted. Listings submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories will be not be added. We reserve the right to post, modify or delete any information submitted to weddingsja.com and will do so where we see fit.
Your listing MUST have a featured image in order to be accepted. This image must represent the product or service your business provides and should have no text on it. Logos, flyers, business cards or any photograph with text on it will NOT be accepted as your featured image.
Only wedding and honeymoon related businesses can be included in the marketplace. All submissions should be accurate and grammatically correct. This does not only help your business profile but enhances your customers’ user experience with your business.
Weddings JA reserves the right to delete any “Free” listing featured on weddingsja.com, without notice or justification.
Misuse of the marketplace will result in the removal of your listing and a cancellation of your membership.
Weddings JA does not offer any guarantee on the validity of any information contained within the marketplace whether implied or otherwise.
Weddings JA relinquishes all liability for the services provided by any provider listed in the marketplace and full responsibility for any interaction remains with the individual.
The inclusion of any company name in Weddings JA Marketplace should not be seen as an endorsement of that company’s products and/or services, nor is it a select list of companies that Weddings JA uses.
In no event is Weddings JA liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of access to, or the use of this weddingsja.com or any information contained in it, including loss of profit and the like whether or not in the contemplation of the parties, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your business website link, if included in your listing, must not be expired or “Under Construction”.
Websites links with adult or illegal content are not permitted.
Money Back Guarantee: If you do not receive any leads after your three (3) months Featured or Spotlight listing contract ends, we will keep your listing published for and additional three (3) months free of cost. If you still do not receive any leads after the free 3 month period ends we will give you a full refund no questions asked.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed monthly until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time after the first month’s billing. (Exceptions apply for Venue and Honeymoon categories)
