All of our items are baked from scratch daily with only the best ingredients, the best baking methodology, the best trained pastry chefs, with painstaking attention to detail, and nothing less! Our corporate philosophy is “Is it excellent?” This forms the basis for all of our decisions and menu offerings. Pastry Passions currently operates two retail bakery outlets, as well as a centralized production facility. We employ approximately 30 individuals who have been trained to the highest standard. We encourage all of those who interact with us to embrace the essence of joie de vivre, the joy of living, and indulge in our fine desserts!
