Markland ‘ACTION’ Edwards’ new home is now RJR 94FM. He personifies good vibes, pure fun, talk-di-tings-ablity, and the wit and charm to pull it all off. His pure silk voice can be heard over the air waves Monday to Friday, from 2pm-5pm. as one half of The Too Live Crew with “Action & The Burgerman”, and Saturdays, he’s on “Da SPOT” from 1pm-5pm providing an exciting and engaging entertainment, showcase.
Markland is a well-known personality with over two decades of experience in commercial radio, concert promotion and event production. Markland’s mastery as a MC and radio broadcaster started in 1993 when he started his career in media as a continuity announcer on Jamaica’s first religious radio station LOVE FM. Markland gave new life to night-time radio. His programme ‘Echoes in the Night’ was popular with both the young and older folks alike.
His energy on stage is unmatched. His experience on the microphone is evident as with much exuberance and excitement he’s able to rally small and large audiences at concerts, weddings, conferences and every like event that requires his services and expertise.
