Your journey begins with a venue visit and meeting to discuss all your wedding ideas. We organize the complete creative vision including wedding design, hiring & management of all wedding vendors, creation of timelines and layouts, negotiation of contracts, management of the budget, and overall direction of the entire wedding planning process.

Package Includes:

Preparation of wedding budget, allocation and management.
Reserved the date, time and location of wedding ceremony, reception and rehearsal services if applicable.
Research and coordinate with selective vendors (includes: cater, florist, decorator, designer, rental companies & performers) prior to wedding day.
Review all vendors’ contracts, if desired.
Continuous liaison with selected venue, vendors and couple.
Finalize with all vendor pertaining to their services 1 – 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
Attending all vendors’ appointments, if desired.
Handle all follow-ups with all vendors.
Provide a calendar schedule of the wedding plans; which will outline the activities for the months prior to the wedding day and due date.
Monthly report/update of planning activities.
Development of a wedding day itinerary.
Direction service on the wedding day for wedding ceremony & reception, until end of reception.
Provision of complete wedding emergency kit.
Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and the wedding party.
Assist with identification of wedding rings and honeymoon reservation, if desired.
Coordinate transportation for wedding day, if desired.
An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost.
